Basic unit:

• Housing: Solid one part rotational sintered PE grey in a modern design with two service openings with magnetic lockers for an easy and fast access to all single components during maintenance.

• Acid dosing: Peristaltic dosing pump, suction lance with empty report of the canister, dosing valve 3/8“ in the dissolving system.

• Dissolving system: Pre-filter d 75 with additional ball valve for backflush function, flushing tank, booster pump (Lowara oder Calpeda) app. 1000 l/h at 1,2 bar, venturi, mixing cyclone. Monitoring of the pump by pressure switch. Monitoring of the suction performance of the venturi. Level monitoring in the flushing tank.

Dosing unit chlorine:

• dosing hopper for chlorine granulate (with 5 kg or 15 kg volume)
• dosing motor (with 12 rpm or 35 rpm)
• dosing screw
• knocker to support the dosing

Control techniques TOUCH: 

• Operation and visualisation via coloured 7" Touch-Graphic display. This enables simple and clearly arranged user guidance of the screen. Faults and alarms are illustrated by self-explaining icons. Stepless adjustment of dosing performances chlorine and acid. Relay system to assure dosing of only chlorine or acid or none. Switch-off of the dosing at malfunction. With integrated meter for chlorine consumption and event storage (data logging).
• Interface: Modbus TCP, USB for data export.
• Remote indication via browser driven devices (e.g. tablet or smartphone, not incl.): Indication of the current operational states, errors and alarms.

• Power supply
• Supply tubing and tubing to the injection point
• Tubing of the overflow to the drain
• Autocontrol system to control the dosing of the chemicals
