Up to max. 100m³/h circulation rate per cycle
Dosing system for the dosing of dust free and acidulated powdered activated carbon with suspension preparing unit for one or several filter cycles. For the elimination of organic impurities from the water such as combined chlorine.
Suspension preparing unit with 100 l, 200 l, 300 l or 500 l tank and agitator. Dosing performance max. 144 respectively 300 g/h per dosing line at a suspension concentration of 3%. Injection before the filter pump (pressureless).

Scope of delivery
Suspension preparing unit:
- PE-tank 100 l, 200 l, 300 l or 500 l (according to consumption)
- Agitator 60 W (slow running)
- Suction tube PE 4 x 1
- Filling manually by ball valve d25
- Overflow and emptying connection
- Empty detection by pressure switch / optional by capacitive sensor
- Fault remote signal with non-volt changeover contact
Dosing line CB36:
For dosing the powdered activated carbon suspension with max. concentration of 3%, max. particle size of 100 μ. The number of dosing lines complies with the number of filter cycles:
- Controller CB36 with 5-line LC display installed in housing
- Impulse length control via integrated timer or external contact
- Speed control via 4-20 mA or 0-10 Volt
- Peristaltic dosing pump SA-4,8x2,4 - 4,8 l/h – 6,4x2,4 – 10 l
- Speed control via 4-20 mA or 0-10 Volt
- Dosing performance max: 4,8 l/h respectively 10 l/h
- Back pressure max: 1,0 bar
- Leakage detection signal
